The pretzels are good here, but the soup and sandwiches are just as good if not a little better. They also have soda in glass bottles which is always a nice find.

Was hoping for a little more... Pretzel was good and fresh and the decor was fun and vintage but could have used some music and staff could have been more enjoyable and interactive.

Tried calling the one in Goshen a million times to see if they're open during quarantine so we could support a local business and get some pretzels but no one answered. It says they're open online but whatever guess we won't be getting pretzels from there. The whole family is disappointed

Jojo's is pretzel excellence anyway, but this store is extra special.They had their tables done by Cherry Pickers and they are gorgeous works of art. It makes me happy just being in there. I cannot praise it enough, such a lovely place to be. My favorite pretzel is the cinnamon sugar. You can buy cream cheese or whatever to dunk it in, but it doesn't need that. There is one restroom and it's tucked in the back. A little awkward, but it's usually ok.

Way better than Ben's Pretzels my opinion

Reminiscent of the 50's with its dine-in booths, it's an experience of its own in Downtown Goshen. The freshly baked, warm pretzels melt in your mouth. It's a great place for lunch or a quick snack at anytime of the day.

We weren’t very impressed. We only went in there cause we won a gift certificate. And It’s a bit pricey. We settled with 2 pretzels and some cheese. Wasn’t good and they don’t keep their cheeses hot. Like Ben’s. Seemed like it was runned by teenagers. They were not organized in their system with their orders. One girl was wearing a shirt that said “NOPE” all over it. Which as a customer seeing that you didn’t feel like you wanted to ask her any questions. Felt like she didn’t want to be at work. That was our first trip there & we won’t be coming back.

Pretzels were fantastic! The veggie cream cheese was a great addition to the parmesan pretzel! The service was awesome too! Gonna be hittin' this place up many more times while living in Goshen! :-D

I absolutely LOVE this place! Years ago, I went to Jojo’s in ShipShe weekly—I stopped due to my horse passing away, and when I found out they were in Goshen I put off going there for years. Naturally, I started going back and a few weeks later, they shutdown for the virus. I’m hoping they’ll reopen soon—I miss their delicious pretzels so much!The staff is great, the atmosphere feels homey, and the service is fast. Not to mention, the pretzels are literally out of this world. The only criticism I have is the benches are not for sitting and chatting—which makes sense, since they’re made out of wood, but it would be nice if they were more comfortable!

The atmosphere leaves quite a bit to be desired (booths are terribly uncomfortable) but I stop here at least once a week on my way home from work to pick up a bowl of chili. It is absolutely the best! Pretzels are good, sandwiches are goo too but it's the chili that keeps me coming back. Yum!

Cute restaurant, feels like a cozy café. The food was fine. Prices a little too high for me, I got a 'special' it was a sandwich (pre-made but tasted good), a bag of chips and a soda and it was $7.95 before tax.

If you love pretzels, then JoJo's is the place to go. All their food tastes great and their staff is always friendly. They serve crescent sandwiches, hot dogs, soup and more!

My family loves coming here. The pretzels are always great!. I recommend the garlic parmesan. They have a ton of combinations of flavors to choose from. Not to mention their honey mustard sauce!! All you can dip!. It doesn't stop there. There are old time games at the tables to play while you enjoy yourselves. Checkers, tic tac toe, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a snack.

Adorable joint! Yummy fresh homemade pretzels! Some games to play while you linger. And my kids love the "hanging coke bottle and cap tables" in the front!

These are VERY good pretzels. The only problem is their gluten free is not really gluten free, be wary of that. If you want a good combination, go for original and strawberry cream cheese. 10/10 amazing pretzels.

The downtown atmosphere is very nice in Goshen & this place really adds to the many things Goshen downtown offers. I took my grandkids here for Pretzels, ice cream & drinks & had a great time. My review, Kid Friendly & Great pretzels!!!!

Cross Court Sports Ministries tried out the pretzel bites for fundraising in our concessions this year and they are a total hit. The bite size makes it a perfect snack while watching the basket ball games. Thank you for your support and donations to our organization.

They have great pretzels along with other quick lunch foods just in case you want something more. It is a fun atmosphere with a gumball pinball for kids and a few table games. My kids and I enjoy stopping here.
